The Growth Accelerator is designed for established founders who have already built something valuable and are ready to strengthen the business, leadership and systems required for its next stage.
The Growth Accelerator is a six-month private engagement, structured across three phases: Clarity, Build and Scale.
We meet bi-weekly for private 90-minute sessions. This creates enough space between sessions to implement decisions, observe what is changing and bring meaningful questions into our next conversation.
Yes. Sessions are conducted virtually, allowing the engagement to work around your location and business schedule.
Your application is reviewed first. If the engagement appears aligned with your current stage and needs, you'll be invited to a conversation to explore the business, your priorities and whether working together makes sense.
Generally, no. The Growth Accelerator is designed for founders who already have an established business and are navigating the challenges of their next stage. If you're still building your foundation, a different type of support may be more appropriate.
Yes. The full engagement is $12,000, or it can be paid in three monthly payments of $4,200.
Not every business or situation is the right fit for this engagement. The application process is designed to make that clear before we begin. If the program isn't appropriate for your current needs, I'll be straightforward about that.
